Transfers

Yes,  we will do firearm and ammunition transfers. 

Fees are as follows;

Firearm transfers 

Firearm transfers are 40 dollars, this includes the 9 dollar New York State background check fee. 

If you purchase a firearm from Legacy Ballistics, the fees, to include the State background check fee, is waived.

Ammunition transfers

A 5% fee and the $2.50 State background check is required for ammunition transfers that are not purchased from Legacy Ballistics. 

If the ammunition is purchased directly from Legacy Ballistics, only the $2.50 background fee applies.
